We have tried our best to keep the Turbo Track material extremely flexible to allow kids to make 360 loops and turns. We have also done tremendous research to arrive at an optimal raw material mix to ensure that this gigantic track is extremely light weight at just about 2.5 kgs to make it easily portable by the kids.Ā Customers need to follow the following two steps to maintain their Turbo Track. These tips are also mentioned with pictures in the inserts placed in the box.
A) When rolling up the track after play, please ensure that the inner diameter of the rolled-up track is at least 8 inches wide- which is about the size of two adult fists. This ensures that the ribs i.e. the borders of the track do not get wrinkled. If the track is rolled up too tight i.e. inner diameter less that 8 inches then wrinkles will start appearing on the ribs/borders.
B) When rolling up the track after play, please make sure that it is sometimes rolled āflat surface sideā up and at other timesā two lane race trackā side up. Alternating both sides while rolling up the track ensures that track remains neutral and doesnāt bend on one side more than the other.
